Registration fees are expressed in Euro and include Italian VAT. Early bird registration applicable if paid before
20 June 2024.

Please note that all delegates are required to pay Italian VAT (22%) on Registration fee. If you are from a country
EU
area, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refund.
Pease create an account and accept the terms of use of the registration site. Once logged in, you will be able to
register by following the link My Congress. There, please select the type of registration, introduce the billing
information, and complete the payment.
If you are willing to pay by bank transfer you will be able to download the proforma invoice during the payment process.
Conference Registration include: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception Cocktail and Gala
dinner
Speaker Registration: Speakers are required to finalize their registration before May 15, 2024 in order to get the presentation included in
the Conference Programme.
Accompanying person registration include: Reception Cocktail, Coffees, lunches and social activities (but the
gala dinner) Option with gala dinner is also available.
Student registration: Student rate attendees are kindly invited to send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research organization stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.
Payment confirmation: a notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 130 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before July 1st, 2024. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
